David Baluk


David Baluk focuses his legal practice on representing leukemia victims with occupational and environmental exposure to benzene, including refinery workers, mechanics, gasoline distributors, and other individuals exposed to benzene and benzene-containing solvents. He represents clients across the country in both state and federal courts.

David takes pride in maintaining a personal relationship with each client and his or her family, and is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients. David maintains an aggressive approach both in and out of the courtroom, and is known for his unwavering work ethic, ensuring attention is paid to every detail. David is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and is an active participant in benzene litigation seminars and conferences.

David enjoys strength training and is an avid golfer, volunteering with The First Tee of Greater Houston where he helps teach different golf and life skills to children and young adults.
