Justin Shrader is a founding partner of Shrader & Associates, LLP, as well as the firm’s managing partner. Raised in Houston, Texas, he did his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas and his legal education at Baylor University School of Law. A well-respected national trial attorney, he has devoted his practice to fighting for the rights of those harmed by toxic substances. He has assembled a nationally recognized team of trial attorneys who are dedicated to helping him achieve his dream of making negligent corporations accountable for their actions. Justin began his legal career at a large toxic tort law firm representing thousands of asbestos victims before returning home to Houston. Interested in representing a handful of clients he could get to know personally, he realized his lifelong dream when he began practicing law with his father Bill in 2005. Father and son founded Shrader & Associates, LLP with the commitment of providing the highest professional and ethical standards of legal representation to its clients. Justin’s practice is concentrated on plaintiff’s civil litigation by representing families and communities that are injured by a defective product, hazardous substance, or disaster. He has represented families and communities in 33 different states with trial verdicts and settlements totaling over 250 million dollars. Justin currently represents clients nationwide and associates with other attorneys across the country. He has significant courtroom experience and is devoted to acquiring the maximum compensation for those who have been harmed by toxic materials. Justin has been elected to The Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This forum has been recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million or multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Less than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Justin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston and American Bar Associations, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA).
