3 cups quartered and hulled strawberries
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup sour cream
2 cups frozen whipped topping
- Combine strawberries and sugar in blender and process until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
- Add sour cream and mix well with a whisk. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into 8 small bowls or cups.
- Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.
