9 Foods to Help With Nausea

Apples
Apples are full of fiber, which can help cleans nausea-inducing chemicals from the system. If you are having trouble digesting solid food, apple juice or apple sauce may be helpful. Just don’t eat too many apples – this could make you feel sicker.

Bananas
If your nausea is combined with vomiting, or if you are suffering from dehydration, a banana is a good snack. Bananas help restore potassium, which is often depleted by diarrhea and vomiting. Water
Often, headaches accompany nausea, and this could be a sign of dehydration. Take small sips from a glass of water – drinking too much, too fast may make you feel worse – until you feel you can handle a larger amount.
